Avi Sohal, Founder

Avi Sohal is the founder of Pact Property Management, based in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Before entering property management, Avi spent years in senior marketing leadership roles at global organizations including Johnson & Johnson and Medtronic, where he developed structured B2B strategy and built long-term client relationships. He holds an MBA from the University of Toronto.

Drawing on hands-on property management experience from A1 Cottage Management, Avi combines corporate financial discipline with daily operational accountability. Every client benefits from clear processes, data-driven decisions, and direct access to leadership.
